1. What do I need to use BestFax?

You just need Internet access, an email account, and a BestFax® account. You don’t need any new hardware and you don’t need to install any fax software.

2. Is there a BestFax App for iPhone®?

We do have a app, please search for BestFax on your app store.

3. How do I send a fax?

We do offer Email to Fax (Fax Out), but it is not free.
We charge 50c per minute.
There is no monthly fee or setup fee.
Our Email To Fax system also works on Prepaid.

4. How do I receive a fax?

Faxes sent to you arrive in your email Inbox. Just check your email!

5. Can I send multiple documents in one fax?

Yes, you can send up to eight documents in one fax as attachments. BestFax supports 178 different file formats, including PDF, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

6. Is the BestFax service secure?

Yes, your sent and received faxes are completely private. We use a secure server with SSL encryption and there is no human interaction with your fax.

7. Is my BestFax number available all the time?

Your BestFax number is an “always on, never busy” number. Your computer does not need to be turned on to receive faxes. Faxes are stored in your email Inbox and online.

8. Can I send and receive faxes at more than one email address?

Yes, you can send from and receive your faxes in up to 5 designated email accounts.

9. Can I send faxes to more than one fax number at a time?

Yes, you can send your faxes to a maximum of 9 fax numbers.

10. Do I need to make a long-term commitment?

No. With BestFax, there are no long-term contracts to sign and no minimum sign-up period. Choose the convenient pay-as-you-go, monthly plan or take advantage of our discounted annual plan.

11. Does BestFax provide Customer Support?
